Insoles and Orthotics

We now offer Insoles and Orthotics to          our customers. The insoles are of hard wearing material in various densities depending on the type of use. They are    intermediate and not custom build, but      they do offer an alternative to those           who want biomechanical adjustment and realignment wthout paying prices of £250-£350. Approximately 70% of the western population will at some points have postural or biomechanical problems directly related to the feet. In many cases these problems can be prevented or reduced. Lower Back pain cost the British Economy several billion pounds a       year. And it is estimated that between         60 and 80 percent of these cases is        caused by soft tissue problems directly       related to poor biomechanics. So sort your feet out and solve your Biomechanical problems.

Too many insoles are sold with the promise of giving comfort without tackling the causes of discomfort and pain. Our insoles are not shaped to your 'wrong shaped feet' but your feet need adjusting to them!

The orthotics and insoles are available           in various shapes and sizes, to fit almost         all types of shoes. They will address           problems such as:

(We don't have many in stock as they need to be ordered to your requirements, so if you want insoles please allow a few days for delivery. We can also help you fit them but you will need to come to our clinic and make an appointment. As General rule take the shoes that you wear the most with you.Although they can be transferred to other shoes).
